Services and engagements
Services are provided under a separate written engagement agreement confirmed with each client before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding contract — service scope, deliverables, timelines, and final pricing are agreed in writing per engagement before any work commences.
Starting prices shown on this website are entry-point indicators only. Final pricing is agreed per engagement based on scope, complexity, and requirements discussed during the discovery process.
Guarantees
The guarantees described on this website form part of the terms of each engagement and are subject to the following conditions:
- The client provides timely access to the relevant information, systems, and personnel that DeployToday.AI reasonably requires to complete the engagement
- The agreed scope has not materially changed after the engagement begins (scope changes may affect guarantee terms and will be documented in writing)
- All invoiced amounts are current at the time the guarantee is invoked
Guarantee remedies are limited to the additional work or repeat session described for each service tier. They do not extend to monetary refunds, financial compensation, or consequential, indirect, or incidental losses of any kind.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, structure, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to DeployToday.AI. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit it without prior written permission.
For client engagements: intellectual property ownership is agreed in the written engagement agreement for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work products delivered to a client become the client's property upon receipt of full payment. DeployToday.AI retains the right to reference the general nature of engagements (without disclosing confidential client information) for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DeployToday.AI's total liability to any party for any claim arising out of or related to this website or any services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by that party for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
DeployToday.AI is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DeployToday.AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of this website in violation of these terms, or from your provision of inaccurate information in connection with a service engagement.
Third-party links
This website contains links to third-party websites and services, including WhatsApp and external tools. DeployToday.AI is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the services provided shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
