AI Policy

DeployToday.AI helps owner-led businesses put practical AI to work. This policy explains how we develop, deploy, and use artificial intelligence in a way that is transparent, secure, and accountable.

We believe AI should assist people, not replace their judgment. Every system we build is designed to keep a human in the loop and a client in control.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to all AI-powered features, tools, and services we deliver — including website audits, readiness assessments, automation workflows, chatbots, and any custom AI systems we build for clients.

How we use AI

We use AI to:

  • Analyse websites, processes, and business data to find opportunities
  • Draft content, recommendations, and technical specifications for human review
  • Automate repetitive tasks behind the scenes
  • Power conversational interfaces that answer questions and capture leads

We do not use AI to make final decisions that affect our clients or their customers without human review. Outputs are treated as drafts or recommendations until a person approves them.

Client data and confidentiality

  • Client data is used only to deliver the specific project or service we were hired for
  • We do not sell, publish, or share client data with unrelated third parties
  • We do not use client data to train public AI models without explicit written consent
  • Sensitive data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws

Where a project involves third-party AI providers, we choose providers with clear data processing terms and, where possible, agreements that prevent client data from being retained or used for model training.

Human oversight

Every AI output we deliver is reviewed by a qualified member of our team before it is sent to a client or published on a live system. We do not let AI systems act autonomously on client accounts, websites, or customer data.

Accuracy and limitations

AI can be fast and useful, but it can also be wrong, outdated, or incomplete. We verify key facts, check outputs against source material, and flag uncertainty where it matters.

Clients should treat AI-generated recommendations as a starting point, not as guaranteed advice. We encourage questions and will explain how any recommendation was reached.

Third-party AI providers

We may use leading AI platforms to process data and generate outputs. These providers are bound by their own terms and security standards, and we review them before use. Current providers include major cloud AI services; we will list any material changes on request.

Fairness and bias

We test our AI workflows for obvious bias and misleading outputs. Where AI is used to interact with end customers, we design prompts and guardrails to keep responses respectful, accurate, and on-brand.

Your choices

Clients can ask us to disable AI-assisted features, restrict the data passed to AI systems, or receive a fully manual alternative. To make a request, email hello@deploytoday.ai.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our AI tools evolve. The current version will always be available at deploytoday.ai/ai-policy.
